Virtual Pizz (a what-if topic)

I've always thought a low-tech Videlectrix MMOG [a structured chat environment] would be cool. The Brother Chaps. have turned several of the site's fictional games into actual ones, such as Thy Dungeonman and...just about everything mentioned in that one email [I forget which one]. Well, would anyone else like to see Virtual Pizz added to the site? It would be like a VERY minimized version of Habbo Hotel. HH used to be just the chat client, a "guest room" system, a friends list, and a message system. Relatively simple. I think it would be fun to have an actual Virtual Pizz game on the site. You could do mini games for points, dress your own kind of pizza, and create your own guest room. So basically it'd be a somewhat downgraded version of 2004 Habbo Hotel...except only Homestar Runner nerds would even bother playing. And of course, a decent amount of satire on online gaming and communities would be included.

Yay or nay?

As pizza joint is one of my favorite Homestar Runner cartoons [sbemail or not], AND an officially sanctioned "community" would be fun, I say YAY.

Yeah, let's ask him. The most I can do is make random cards appear on the screen with Java. And they aren't images.

Have any of you guys actually gone to the website www.virtualpizz.biz? I'm just saying, you might want to check it out before hiring The Diskette...

Also, I never suggested a fan-made Virtual Pizz. Programming a basic graphic chat room takes teh skillz, which I don't believe anyone here has.

Yeah, I know that it's totally fake. I just wanted to know if anyone would fall for it the first time (because I did, and I want to feel validated.)

I remember Rocket Snail used to do makeovers of their "Penguin Chat" game, which resulted in a Happy Tree Friends fan site getting "Flippy Chat". I'm not sure RS is still around anymore, though. Everything faded away after Club Penguin formed, and even more so after it became mainstream...finally making Rocket Snail completely forgotten once Disney did their corporate raid.

You'd need a Commodore to run it.
I'd have to send it to you on 3 Floppy disks in Plastic bags.
