An H*R related fighting game?

Someone else posted a topic like this on the HRWIKI forums,so i'm just keeping it afloat.
If there was an H*R related fighting game,what special attacks do you think the characters would have,what would be the plot? And so on................I personally only have a few ideas of some character's attacks
Use that kick attack he used on The Cheat in the Strongest Man In the World toon.
He'd get rabies and fly across the screen hitting the player (like Sonic does in SSBB),That or he'd gnaw the player's face off.
He'd use that Whatit'sburiedslop thing on the player.
He'd eat ya
He'd use his awexome Kung Fu attacks.
He'd fire his lazer! (that lazer attack he does on the wall in 20X6). That or he'd use DOUBLE DUUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEECEEEE!!!!!!!!!
He'd spin around in mid-air using that spin kick attack in which the player can make him move and hit the opponent.

And the unlockable characters would have these attacks:
He'd have a pet panda. With a pistol.
He has the ability to imagine his tormentors as giant slices of pizza!
This guy has no good parts. None. His attack is to poke people.
He rhymes at people.
He has a ranting attack that forces other characters to move back as far as they can to avoid his annoying whines

I think you're missing one major attack possibility. His name is Blue Laser. Blue Laser. Blue Laser. Blue Laser. Blue.. okay I'm done.

Well, let's make it so that laser limes are just lying around the game...world, I guess, like grenades. So anybody can use those.
Anyway, for a guy named Blue Laser, have you noticed a TOTAL LACK of lasers or anything blue about his person? His name isn't even Blue Laser. It's Blue Laser COMMANDER. Blue Laser COMMANDER. BLUE LASER...yeah, I'm done making fun of Mr. Diskette. I just wish his avatar would stop staring at me!

1- Despite what the folks at the Wiki say, I still say his name is just Blue Laser and that the evil organization is named after him.

2- I'm The Wheelchair, not Mr. Diskette. Get your facts straight.

How do you know I wasn't talking about the evil organization as a whole?

Because. Because, knowing you and your word-leaving-out...ness...you probably call the whole organization "Blue."
Or maybe just "Bl."

This is what I think their special moves would be.
He would use daisy dukes, and blind the opponent.
He would yell "DELETED", and the opponent would disappear.
He would drink a bottle of Soy Sauce, and his head would explode, as a kamikaze attack.
He would squish his opponent.
He would punch his opponent, sending them flying.
He would drop a stick of butter, making his opponent slip on it.
He would butt pat the opponent, making them puke.
She would force feed the opponent tofu, making them run away.
He would throw his pen at his opponent.
He would defy the laws of physics, scaring his opponent into a coma.
He would keep yelling "FIVE DOLLARS", until his opponent runs out of money, and then he shoots them with his shotgun.
He would throw whatsit at his opponent.
