And I think I saw Homeschool Winner waiting in line. And why is it so big?

We don't know why it's big; but they probably wanted to come back with a "bang", as it were.
And, yes, as the Wiki will gladly tell you, that WAS Homeschool Winner in line. There were several other cameos, all of which I'm too lazy to list.

Yesterday was total crap. Sure, I had the day off school on account of all this snow, but my computer's monitor died, leaving me computerless except on the rare occasions when I can use the family computer (such as right now).

But y'know what made it less crappy? Randomly deciding to check the HRwiki on said family computer, and seeing that there was actually a Decemberween toon. And y'know what made it even less crappy? Seeing how freakin' awesome the toon is.

I just had the biggest smile on my face the whole time I was watching it. All of the jokes hit, all of the characters shined, and it was absolutely all that I could have hoped for for the return of H*R.
And I don't know if it's just because I haven't seen a new toon in ages, but did anyone else feel like this just had a real level of polish to it that no toon has had before? The higher sound quality, the larger size, the length, it really felt like the Bros. Chaps said "Y'know what, if we're gonna make this thing, let's make it amazing."

Therefore, I give it a 5/5, and I reaaaally hope that TBC keep with the updates. If they stay at the same quality as this, it could very well be a Homestar Renaissance of sorts.

I know! It was similar for me too: I had a really crappy day yesterday for various reasons. When I came home, I opened the Internet to do something; I can't even remember what. However, I have the RSS Feed hooked to my iGoogle homepage, so I saw that they made a new toon.

And just like that, my whole day turned around. When I went onto the Facebook page to post the good news, a little message popped up. My best friend, who moved away last summer without leaving a forwarding address or anything, was chatting with me, and I got to talk to him for the first time in months. And with the new toon, it was like all of my best friends had come back to me!

In short, it truly was a Decemberween Mackeral!

Also, it DID seem like they put a little extra effort into it. And it's great-I've been watching old Homestar toons on the Wii as of late, but they're all way smalelr than the TV screen. But if they keep making them like this...

Yeah, that was great. I also liked the really long line at Bubs'. "Three miles or eighteen days...whichever comes first!" Until I saw the Wiki, I didn't even realize that New Year's is in 18 days.

I kind of see you as a sort of balance to the forum. Whereas Falcon Paunch is a Straight Man (b/w "Wo") by choice, you're more of a straight man by necessity.
