Um, that doesn't mean anything in French, as far as I know. Are you sure you're spelling it right?

As for your question "what does it mean", are you referring to your "bonjour belle que je peux vous acheter une bière" or my "Qui a coupe le fromage"? The first means, paraphrased somewhat, "Good morning if you were beautiful I could buy you a beer." (The "you" used is the formal version, so the insult is negated and you sound like a drunken American. Which kind of works, in context.) The second means "Who cut the cheese?" (Ah, toilet humor.)
